What you are looking at
- Pages 1 and 2, request letter cum EDF. HDFC's form field for field: account, purpose code, AD code, IEC, GSTIN, PAN, exporter and bank addresses and the FOB value in words per currency, then the invoice table, the OFAC and FEMA declarations, Declaration 4 with the realisation date, the signatory block and the space for the Specified Authority.

Why it is watermarked
Every name, number and amount in the sample is made up, including the PAN, GSTIN, IEC and account number. The diagonal "SAMPLE" mark on every page and the red notice at the top of each document make sure nobody mistakes it for a real declaration. Your own packs carry no watermark and are filled from your saved profile and the month's invoices.
